Quick answers about clips, credits and your account.

Getting started

What is Peeka?
Add one photo and a line of description, and Peeka makes a short clip with sound where you're the star. Pick a one-tap effect; write your own scene on Create (up to 30 seconds, and characters can speak, Arabic too); make an ad or a greeting film in Studio, where a director writes the scenes for you; or make cards, posters and product photos in Images.
Do I need an account to try it?
Not always. While today's free guest clips last, you can make one effect clip without an account; it carries a small Peeka watermark. When they're gone, sign up: new accounts get 10 free credits, enough for one standard 5-second clip, with no watermark.
Where can I use Peeka?
Peeka works in the UAE, the rest of the GCC, the US, mainland China and most other countries. Making films isn't available yet from a few places, including India, France, Russia, Ukraine, Iran and Iraq. From there you can still watch and forward films people send you. If a page says Peeka isn't available where you are, please don't buy credits there. Using a VPN? Switch it off and try again.
How long does a clip take?
Usually 1–2 minutes per clip; effects take about a minute. Longer and HD clips can take a little more. You can leave the page: when you're signed in, finished clips are saved in My clips.
Can I use a photo of my face?
Yes. Add a clear, well-lit photo of your face to any effect, on Create or in Studio; no check is needed. If you like, verify your face once (about a minute, on the Verify page) to reuse it everywhere without adding a photo each time. Only use photos of yourself or of people who agreed to appear, never anyone else's photo without their permission, and no public figures. The safety check may still turn down some photos, for example of children or public figures, and you're never charged for a clip that fails.
What can I make?
Clips of 5, 10 or 15 seconds (Cinema also 20 or 30 seconds) in 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 3:4, 4:3 or 21:9, with sound on or off and an optional camera move. Make 1, 2, 3 or 5 takes at once and keep the best, continue a shot from its last frame, and join clips into a film for free.
Can I use Peeka in Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect Peeka to your assistant once, then ask for clips and images in the chat. It uses your own credits, within a daily limit you choose, and tells you the price before anything is made. How to connect

Credits & payments

How much does a clip cost?
It's priced per second. Standard: 480p is 2 credits a second (a 5-second clip is 10) and HD 720p is 4. Cinema, our newest model (up to 30 seconds, speaking characters): 480p is 3 credits a second, 720p is 6 and Full HD 1080p is 15. A Cinema 480p clip can be turned into Full HD within 7 days, and it stays the same take. Images are 2 credits (4 in HD), a set of 4 is 7 (14 in HD), and an AI character set is 5. Studio uses the same prices.
What do credit packs cost?
19 AED ($5.19) for 40 credits, 49 AED for 110, 99 AED for 240 and 249 AED for 650. Your first top-up gets 50% extra credits, up to 100.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What if a clip fails?
Your credits come back automatically. There's nothing to request.
Is it a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-off purchases and nothing renews. Clips, images and Studio all use the same credits.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every purchase has a receipt with VAT in Account → Credits & invoices. Add your company name and TRN in Billing details before you buy so they're printed on it.

Clips & sharing

How do I get better results?
In one or two sentences, say who is in the shot, what they do, where, the light and the camera move. The Prompt guide has examples.
Can I use my clips commercially?
Yes. You keep ownership of what you make and can use it commercially, as long as you follow the Acceptable use policy: no defamation, no misleading fakes of real people, no copyright infringement. See the Terms for details.
Who can see my clips?
Only you, unless you share a link or choose to show an effect clip on the Peeka wall.
How do I download or share a clip?
Open it in My clips and use Download or Share. Sharing creates a link anyone can open.
Which languages can I write in?
English, Chinese and Arabic all work. Descriptions that aren't in English are translated automatically before the clip is made.
